This role is perfect for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant, looking to grow within the business services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of candidates for various technical roles within the asset management industry.

Founded in 2012, our client is a search consultancy and market research firm specialising in front-office recruitment and insights for the asset management industry. They recruit mid-to-senior-level talent for investment, marketing, product, and distribution teams across the UK, Europe, and Asia. Their clients include 10 of the top 40 global asset managers by AUM and 20 of the 100 best-performing firms in the UK and Europe.

Description

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Plan and conduct interviews and feedback sessions.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Manage records of all candidates and clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Profile

A successful 'Recruitment Consultant' should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role (1-3 years).
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Knowledge of effective hiring practices.
