My client is looking for a HR advisor for fixed term of 6 months, this role is your opportunity to make a difference by supporting a people-first strategy and ensuring colleagues have the tools and environment to thrive.



Key Responsibilities

As a HR Advisor you will:

  • Act as a champion for the organisation's values, fostering collaboration, excellence, inclusion, and innovation.
  • Build strong relationships across departments and venues, promoting a cohesive, unified culture.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of the People Strategy, aligning with organisational goals and vision.
  • Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to managers on people matters.
  • Oversee investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and complaints, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
  • Use insights, data, and metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develop initiatives to attract, retain, and nurture talent, embracing diversity and unique life experiences.
  • Drive programme and process improvements, leveraging automation for efficiency.
  • Deliver inclusive recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
  • Identify learning needs and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous development.
  • Enhance colleague experiences, from recruitment to retention and beyond.

The person

  • Has proven expertise in HR advisory or business partnering roles.
  • Holds CIPD
  • Is knowledgeable about employment law and best practices.
  • Can navigate workplace concerns and provide effective resolutions.
  • Is an excellent communicator, capable of building trust and influence.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a calm, methodical approach.
  • Is passionate about driving equity, inclusion, and innovation across an organisation.
