Emerging Talent Acquisition Professional
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
As our Emerging Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies for early career programs, including apprenticeships and industrial placements
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from attraction and marketing to final selection and onboarding
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, external vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Delivering exceptional candidate experiences while supporting our diversity and inclusion objectives
- Project managing graduate hiring rounds and assessment centres
- Leveraging the Applicant Tracking System to ensure recruitment process compliance and data quality
- Educating hiring managers on best practices in recruitment, candidate care, and inclusive hiring
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate would be a dynamic professional who brings:
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in emerging talent or graduate recruitment
- Strong understanding of the EMEA talent acquisition landscape
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Project management capabilities and a proactive approach to achieving results
- A passion for building talent pipelines and enhancing employer branding
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Curiosity and drive to continuously evolve recruitment strategies

Oakleaf have partnered with a global financial services firm to recruit for a Emerging Talent Acquisition professional to drive their early careers recruitment strategy across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. It is a unique opportunity to shape talent acquisition for a dynamic global organisation, focusing on developing the next generation of professional talent through strategic recruitment programs.
About the role
