Our client, a very exciting, fast-growing organisation based in Bordon, Hampshire, is actively seeking to recruit a brand-new role into their business, Recruitment Coordinator/Officer, this is a hybrid opportunity and could be full or part time. Within this role you will report directly to the People Manager.
Within this brand-new position, it will offer an exciting opportunity to shape how they recruit and ensure they attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent to support their growth plans.
About the role
With the support of the HR Manager you will take support the recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers and HR across the business to understand their needs and deliver a first-class recruitment experience. You'll also play a key role in shaping their employer brand and ensuring they hire the best people for the role.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process for all roles, from writing job descriptions and posting ads to screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with hiring managers to understand their requirements, provide advice, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Talent: Develop and implement effective recruitment approaches to attract top talent in the industry.
Employer Branding: Enhance the employer brand through targeted campaigns, social media, and innovative approaches to talent attraction.
Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate journey, ensuring every applicant has a positive experience.
Onboarding Support: Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Proven experience within recruitment
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
A proactive, results-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Passion for building high-performing teams and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
