We are seeking a dedicated and passionate People Partner to join our thriving team. The successful candidate will be the go-to individual for everything HR related in the particular business area.

Description

  • Implementing and refining HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Providing guidance to managers on HR policy and legal regulations.
  • Building strong relationships across the business to influence and support change.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Managing employee relations issues within the retail team.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures across the team.
  • Assisting with recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Offering support and guidance on performance management.

Profile

A successful 'People Partner' should have:

  • An academic degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A thorough understanding of HR practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Experience in a retail environment would be beneficial.

Job Offer

  • Salary up to 45k per annum
  • 3 days per week office/2 days WFH
  • Leeds based
