Job Details

One of the world's leading international law firms is looking for a Workday Specialist to join their HR team in London. Reporting into the HR Director, this role will be the lead contact on the implementation of Workday in Europe, as well as providing ongoing support including reporting, data analysis and ad hoc technical and operational support.
This role will be responsible for the testing of configurations changes and establishing security and integrity controls, ensuring data accuracy and integrity of personnel information. You will also be the mentor and guide colleagues in leading processes/practices, configuration and testing.
Day to day activities will include maintaining the HRIS system including site design and layout, content, visual presentation, and user experience as well as responsibility for developing comprehensive reports and analysing data from the HR systems for management reporting and HR support; providing recommendations on what information can be included based on knowledge of available information and reporting capabilities.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems including Workday system design, configuration, and administration.
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Strong experience with Data Analytics, including advanced Excel skills (Macros, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, take initiative, be flexible, handle highly confidential information appropriately, and have exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of subject matter experts and managers.
- Aptitude for working effectively in a team setting as well as independently.
- Proficiency for handling requests across multiple sources and to work effectively across teams.
