Your new company
Hays are working with a local charitable organisation to appoint an HR & Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
As an HR & Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- End to end recruitment activities from posting job ads, screening candidates and arranging interviews
- Supporting with onboarding and inductions
- Working closely with managers to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process
- Supporting with other administrative tasks within the HR team
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with end to end recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
What you'll get in return

- Temporary, ongoing position
- Hybrid working - 1 day per week in office
- Full-time salary equivalent £26,500-£27,000
