The role of a HR Shared Services Manager is pivotal in shaping and implementing operational HR strategies for optimising efficiency and processes within the employee experience, for a global FMCG Food Manufacturing and Distribution Business. The successful candidate will thrive in fostering a positive work environment and executing people strategies across multiple locations.
The role is based 4 days a week in the office near Maidstone.

Description
The HR Shared Service Manager - EMEA will be responsible for:
- Development and Implementation of global HR programs and services.
- Developing and optimising an efficient and successful Share Service Function to better the employee experience
- Collaborating with the HR Business Partnering teams on initiatives to support employees, ensuring HR Services are aligned to the strategic HR objectives
- Leading Operational HR Projects eg. building the Tier 2 service
- Driving the use of the Workday system - optimising workflows and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Leading and developing a global team of 7, providing coaching and support
- Resolving escalated and complex HR issues, providing advice and resolution on employee relations issues, policies and additional HR queries
- Ensuring operations are aligned to relevant local employment law and regulations
- Developing standardised processes, utilising the use of technology and driving continuous improvement
Profile
A successful HR Shared Services Manager - EMEA should have:
- Experience within a Shared Service function (Global experience is desirable)
- Proven experience in a similar industry is desirable (FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing)
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office or other HR systems
Job Offer
- A salary up to £85,000 depending on experience
