HRIS Assistant
- Permanent
- Up to £35,000
- Office Location: Central London
- Hybrid working: 2 days in the office per week
Oakleaf is currently partnering with an international Law firm is search of a HRIS Assistant to be responsible for the maintenance and support for the HRIS and HR reporting. Managing employee data, building reports, and providing technical support to HR staff and employees.
The HRIS Assistant role:
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS.
- Generate reports and analyse HR data to support key decision making.
- Provide technical system support.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data, in line with GDPR.
- Stay up to date with HRIS best practice and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with configuration and testing of the system.
- Provide data for compensation and salary surveys.
- Assist with ad hoc projects.
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ Years of experience in managing and maintaining HR systems and data.
- Strong HR data and reporting experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Advanced excel skills (Report building, VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables)
- A team player who is comfortable with asking questions and seeking information.
