PageGroup are delighted to support a large manufacturing business based in Redditch with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to join a busy team.
This role can offer hybrid working (Business needs dependent).
Description
The role of HR Business Partner is a busy, fast-paced position, working as part of a small HR team and supporting with a wide mix of operational and strategic HR matters.
You will provide first-class commercial business partnering to a wide range of stakeholders, supporting the SLT with the people strategy and working to promote continuous improvement within the HR function.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
- Support with any change management projects
- Take responsibility for employee relations matters including complex issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of staff
- Manage recruitment and selection process
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and systems
- Provide training and development to continuously up-skill management
- Maintain HR records, produce HR reports and MI
- Promote a positive and inclusive company culture
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Business Partner role.
Job Offer
- Up to Circa 55,000pa
